During the 2 month period my fiancé, Mario, and I were looking for our first home Kirk and Victoria offered us nothing but the best customer service. We were buying in a period of high demand where houses were being listed and sold within 1-3 days, and we often encountered bidding wars. Kirk and Victoria were available to us 24/7 and accommodated us on every single one of our viewing requests even when we gave them very short notice. They understood the urgency in regards to the housing market at that given time, and they looked online for brand new listings hourly to try to give us a head start on viewing them before other potential buyers. Before winning the bidding war on our current house, we made offers on 3 other houses that we lost in bidding wars. At one point my fiancé and I felt frustrated to the point that viewing houses was not fun anymore. Kirk and Victoria put the fun back into viewing houses by surprising us and taking us to viewings we werent aware of and then getting us to guess the price, rather than knowing exactly what houses you are going to view and the listing price. During the time we spent together we became friends and it was always enjoyable to view houses with them. They never once pressured us into making an offer on a house that wasn't right for us. More importantly, we never once questioned their integrity or motives. They were clearly working for us in finding us exactly what we wanted. We thank Kirk and Victoria for all their hard work and give them full credit for us now living in our dream home.
